Shipping & Delivery Policy
Twenty8Twelve offers the following shipping options.
Deliveries will be made through a courier company.
The delivery times will generally be between 3 – 7 days. These periods may vary according to the specific circumstances of each order, such as the availability of the product chosen or the mailing area.
Likewise, in exceptional circumstances the delivery time may be altered by haulier incidents or difficulties in the delivery of the merchandise.
It should be taken into account that delivery can be made during business hours at the address you indicate. We would also stress the importance of your giving us a contact telephone number when you place the order, so that the transport company can contact you in the event of any difficulties with the delivery.
Remember that orders are not sent to post office boxes, so you will need to give us the exact delivery address.
Taxes and duties
All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis.
Switzerland & International
All product prices are displayed, exclusive of all taxes, duties and VAT. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties, which are imposed by your local customs authority.
Each purchase is insured until delivery. Once the orders are signed for upon delivery, the responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer. If you have specified a third party recipient for delivery purposes, you accept that the signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by Twenty8Twelve.
